Sorry but my site at Nanyate.com is valid. The invalid code comes from the RSS of MyAnimeList when a ‘ is present on the feed content. It has nothing to do with me. And if you check W3C it is completely valid.
By putting my site here, you are liable for legal procedures of libel and defamation. Please take it down, or I will contact the appropriate authorities.

Try designing a layout YOURSELF and make it XHTML valid. Plus having a plethora of WP plugins installed. I find the ‘fail’ comment you’ve added unjustified.

In defense of this person because of the vast amount of stupid being displayed (this is rare for me, so take screencaps or something) far outweighs any on the owners part:
Ivy darling, stop being such a retard. I somehow doubt you’re going to spend loads of money on a lawyer and walk before a judge to complain about someone saying your site is invalid, because that won’t make you look like a fool. You could always go on Judge Judy, that way I can watch her kick your ass.
Buuuuut Judge Juddddddyyyyyyy she said my site was invaaaaaalid! Ok so it was invalid and sometimes it goes invalid, but I, like, totally validated it before I commented and way before I took this to court, so like it still counts as defamation right?

How exactly is this harming you? You admitted that there are times when your site is invalid and as far as I can see this isn’t damaging you in any way. At the very least you’ll get some free hits from it.
I fail to see why you’re getting so worked up over it. Guess you have nothing better to do?
